New QC Lab Upgrades!

Our Quality Control laboratory has recently been expanded with the addition of the Brown and Sharpe PFX 454 MicroExcel Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). This computer-controlled measuring device can inspect parts with nearly perfect accuracy and solid consistency. This CMM is equipped with a Rayco Fixture System.

In addition to our Brown and Sharpe CMM, we also utilize a ST Industries Optical Comparator.

Other statistical tools are also used including:

• Minitab Statistical Analysis
• DATA Page SPC Software
